Payments for the Cheerful Day and Your Time to Shine sessions are non-refundable including when purchased as a gift, though you may transfer/gift these to someone else to use within 6 months of the purchase date.

​

Refunds for other services will occur after an administration fee is deducted and require 48 hours notice before any scheduled coaching appointments. Alternatively the coaching sessions may be gifted/transferred to someone else with their first appointment made within 3 months of purchasing the coaching package.
