These are shorter sessions (20 minutes) for when you need a boost. These are available in a package of 3 to bring some cheer and support when you need it.
Nutritional Counselling
Initial nutritional counselling sessions go for 45 minutes. We explore your current food intake, and how you can enhance your diet for improved health, well-being and vitality.

Frequently Asked Questions
Appointments are available from Monday to Saturday (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Appointment times are flexible, please inform me of your preferred time.
Counselling and coaching sessions are typically between 60 - 90 minutes in length.
Nutritional coaching - initial sessions are 45 minutes.
Sessions are usually provided via Zoom. For coaching and counselling sessions due to the need to share my screen with you at times, please ensure that Zoom is used on a PC or laptop wherever possible. For best quality, please use earphones with microphone capacity. Sessions are typically booked 1 week apart.
For all sessions, it is important to ensure that you will have a quiet environment, free of interruptions. Please turn off your mobile. For concentration and focus it is best not to receive emails and text messages during the session.
Sessions are payable in advance. Payment in full is required before beginning the first session. Payments are accepted via PayPal.

Nutritional Counselling for Whole Food Plant Based Power... $55
(Initial Consult is 45 minutes via zoom call or phone call for Australian residents. Follow up sessions are either $50 for 40 minutes or $30 for half an hour. I will advise you of what is best after the initial consultation).
Cheerful Day Sessions ... $150 AUD
(3 x coaching/support sessions - 20 minutes each in length. Phone or online usually via Skype)
Your Time to Shine Session .... $165 AUD
(1x coaching session usually 60 - 90 minutes in length. Online usually via Skype)
Clarity Package ... $950 AUD
(6 x coaching sessions usually 60 - 90 minutes in length each. Online usually via Skype. Also includes a digital coaching journal).
Immersion Package ... $1,500 AUD
(10 x coaching sessions usually 60 - 90 minutes in length each. Online usually via Skype. Also includes a digital coaching journal. Very transformational.)
Teens & Students Package ... $650
(5 x coaching sessions usually 60 - 90 minutes in length each. Online usually via Skype. Also includes digital coaching journal plus one 20 minute session with a parent or guardian before coaching commences where appropriate).
Gift Vouchers:
If you would like to gift any of these to a loved one or colleague, please email me to organise it. For people within Australia a beautiful gift voucher will be mailed out. For those in other countries a beautiful digital gift certificate will be supplied.
Please contact me to arrange a session. Please let me know your preferred time for a session, including your location in the world and time zone. An invoice will be sent out with payments accepted via PayPal or you may pay via direct deposit.

Payments for the Cheerful Day and Your Time to Shine sessions are non-refundable including when purchased as a gift, though you may transfer/gift these to someone else to use within 6 months of the purchase date.
Refunds for other services will occur after an administration fee is deducted and require 48 hours notice before any scheduled coaching appointments. Alternatively the coaching sessions may be gifted/transferred to someone else with their first appointment made within 3 months of purchasing the coaching package.
Coaching sessions and packages that are not used within 9 months from their purchase date will expire 9 months from their purchase date.
