Frequently Asked Questions

Appointments are available from Monday to Saturday (Australian Eastern Standard Time). Appointment times are flexible, please inform me of your preferred time.

Sessions are typically between 60 - 90 minutes in length.

 

Sessions are usually provided via Skype or Zoom. Due to the need to share my screen with you at times, please ensure that Skype and Zoom is used on a PC or laptop rather than a mobile phone. For best quality, please use earphones with microphone capacity.

 

Sessions are typically booked 1 week apart.

 

Children's sessions are available in NSW only.

 

For all sessions, it is important to ensure that you will have a quiet environment, free of interruptions. Please turn off your mobile. For concentration and focus it is best not to receive emails and text messages during the session.

 

Payment in full is required before beginning the first session. Payments are accepted via PayPal.
